You have your County Court Judgment. Now you need the Sheriff to act for you. These days Sheriffs are known as High Court Enforcement Officers but they carry the same might.

There is a simple and cheap 'transfer up' process to get matters under way. There are some restrictions but whether it is unpaid debt or a repossession, we can guide you through the best process. For outstanding debts, there is a court cost of £50 which you pay, and also a modest administration fee - but then our charges are added to the debtors bill. If we are successful (and we usually are) you get your money back with 8% interest.

Our High Court Enforcement team also deal with repossessions and evictions. This is highly specialised work but is the jewel in our crown. We have a track record in all types of eviction which is second to none.
